For this commercial tenant improvement, we transformed an empty warehouse in Miramar into Symbiotic, a state-of-the-art training facility. The work included demolition, new wood and metal stud framing, interior offices with glass doors, a turf training lane, rubber gym flooring, accent walls and finishes ready for the owner’s mural and neon branding.
The project wrapped up with the gym’s grand opening.
