In this Birdland home, we expanded the existing master bedroom out 12 feet to make room for a walk-in closet, and reconfigured the home’s two existing bathrooms for better use and flow.
The master bathroom now has a double vanity, a walk-in glass shower with a bench and niche, and a separate water closet. The second bathroom was rebuilt with a wood vanity, oval mirror and tub-shower. We also built a dry bar with a wine fridge and floating shelves.
Outside, the addition blends into the house with smooth white stucco and black-framed windows, finished with a NewTechWood composite slat accent wall and a custom-fabricated side gate.
